Regional Sales Director
We are currently seeking for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) in Orange County, California. The RSD will be responsible for sales and marketing reporting directly to the CEO/President. As the RSD, you will be responsible for sales and marketing of the company’s products to senior level clients at mortgage institutions. The Regional Sales Director will aggressively seek new clients and address their unique needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aggressively identifies new clients and products
- Markets products and opportunities to our clients
- Actively works toward closing and deal negotiations
- Builds strong relationships with clients
- Highly organized in tracking prospects and sales calls
- Develops comprehensive marketing approach to region of sales coverage
· Demonstrates an intimate knowledge and understanding of the client in order to provide a superior level of customer service to maximize productivity and profitability of the relationship
· Communicates effectively with clients and internally with senior level staff
· Anticipates market conditions and resolves client issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S./B.A. required, MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
- 6 or more years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of account growth.
- Aggressive self-starter and strong negotiator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong formal presentation skills.
- Proficient in managing and dealing with Senior Level Management

Compensation: $55,000-$66,000/yr based on experience

This ORACLE Developer needs extensive experience utilizing/integrating Oracle applications, specifically in Order Management. Experience in Oracle JDeveloper, Structs, Java, JSP, Java Script, J2EE, Ibatis, Websphere, Oracle 10G/HTML, DB Portal, interface tables, logistics, storefront applications, and development with i*SQL Plus is required. Project management, and leadership skills are important for this position. This professional also needs to be willing to learn XML, Java, and web Methods for integration projects.

Perl/XML Jr. Developer
Corporate Asset Management, LLC is currently looking for someone with solid Perl and XML experience for a 3 month project in St Louis, MO. This is a JR. Level position. $23/hr for 3 months. Must have Perl experience to be considered. The project involves parsing data out of flat text in various formats, converting the meaningful parts of the data into an XML document, sending the XML document to a remote server via an HTTP POST, and then parsing and reacting to an XML message that the server returns. There will be a lot of digging through text involved, so a successful candidate needs to be good with regular expressions. Experience with CGI programming is a plus. We also need a candidate who writes clean, well-documented code as other members of our team will need to be able to clearly understand how it works.
Technical skills essential for this assignment:
1.) 2-3 years Perl experience.
2.) Have at least some familiarity with XML or at least HTML.
Familiarity with those libraries (XML::Parser in particular comes to mind for Perl) is a plus, though not a requirement.
3.) Strong technical communication skills are important.
